It is in an excellent location at the end of the quayside in Stornoway within walking distance of just about anything you would need. It is also just a 3 minute drive from the ferry terminal. The apartment opens onto an inner courtyard with parking. One flight of stairs leads up from the courtyard to the apartment door. The property itself is exceptionally well equipped, particularly the kitchen. I only used the one double bed but it was really comfortable. Communication with the host (Fiona) was excellent before and during the stay. She went out of her way to deal with a schedule change that was imposed on me by an airline. I would definitely put this property at the top of the list for consideration in any future visits to Stornoway.
