Perfect location, close to the beach and shops but in a quiet area. The garden with the terrase was beautiful as well as the room with kitchen. Everything is in summer style, new, looks as designed by a profesional :-)

We were in this region for an adoption process, so we had to stay in Hungary for about 6 weeks. We couldn't have picked a better place to stay than this one. It is absolutely amazing: Marcel and Katalina are so friendly, heartwarming people who help you with just everything: where to eat, where to shop, what to do,... They both speak fluently several languages. The place is much bigger than one might think when seeing the pictures. There is a large kitchen and dining area, two large bedrooms with each a separate bathroom, and a living room with a couch and tv area. Everything is newly built, so it looks fresh and nice. What we especially appreciated during our 6 weeks long stay, is the incredible amount of storage rooms; in every bedroom large closets, in the bathroom and kitchen lots of storage room. Hygiene is impeccable, so also there nothing negative to comment on. The kitchen is big, with a big fridge and a separate freezer, an oven and separate microwave, and even a dishwasher. Everything worked well without any problem or inconvenience. Lots of plates, cups, cutlery,... Coffe machine, water kettle,... Do I need to continue? ;-) Bedrooms have a seating area and a big bed with nice, thick mattrasses. We slept like we slept at home! The appartment is located at the first floor, but has his own entrance and is separated from the ground floor with a door. Our privacy was respected at all times by the host. We didn't think that the stairs were a problem or formed any kind of inconvenience. Outside there is a balcony large enough to fit some chairs and enjoy the nice view (gardens). The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood, so at night no big noises, almost no traffic during the day. Location is great too, close to a lot of supermarkets, 20' drive from a nice litte town Székesfehérvár and 30' drive from Budapest. The Velence Lake is nice to take a walk.

Reka, the host, was brilliant. She was very communicative and easy to speak with, and she went extra steps to make our stay perfect. The place itself is in a fantastic location and has all the amenities we required. It was a great short holiday for us and I am so happy we picked this place to stay at.

Location, big room, very close to the swimming pools - it is not necessary to leave the building, a lot of attractions for kids e.g slides for kids in the hotel.
