Great location - 3 min walk to beach and restaurants but in very quiet street with plenty of free on street parking (and flat has secure underground parking too if needed, with key fob for garage). Very well furnished with plenty of storage and bits and pieces for the beach provided (bucket and spare; umbrella: towels etc). Small private patio area with table and chairs for a pre dinner drink, plus a much larger (shared) patio area if you wanted to spread out!
