The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was immaculately clean, tastefully decorated and had everything you could need for a break. The furnishings were beautiful and high quality such as the towels, pillows and duvets. We really appreciated the added extras like the fruit, coffee pods and milk. Our children loved their bunk beds and the tv in their room. The addition of a fan was also really appreciated. We can’t wait to book again to stay. Beautiful apartment and amazing value.

Food was nice and staff very friendly. If there wasn’t anything the kids liked to eat the chef was very happy to accommodate and make something else. We could come & go as we pleased, and a majority of the time we had the place to ourselves. Sarah's dog was very excited to meet us. The housing estate where the house was located was within easy walking distance to Lytham's coast & town. Both Lytham & St. Annes are good places for a quieter seaside holiday, with good facilities including genteel tea shops, small local shops, a stately home, and a sandy beach at St. Annes.

The location could not have been better, literally cross the road and you are on the beach- wonderful with kids and lots of stuff, we also got to watch the sunset and then get the children in bed 10 mins after - perfect location! We will certainly be back!

The loft is up a few flights of stairs, going past the other apartments first. A little noise could be heard from the apartment below during the night.. sounded like a TV and microwave pinging.
