Perfect location for walking into Lytham (1.8 miles along wide promenade). Nice shops there. Also the same distance to St Anne's, which we didn't like as much (bit tired on the front).

Located in fairhaven overlooking the Ribble estuary with views of Southport in Merseyside and the Welsh coast on a perfectly clear day and between both st Anne's and Lytham with Blackpool and all its attractions on its doorstep. Each fully ensuite room comes with flat screen, smart TVs, Tea and coffee making facilities and fully serviced linen and towels. This dog friendly home away from home offers a personal and attentive escape while on the Fylde coast serving a full English breakfast with eggs cooked to your preference.
