The host greeted us warmly as we arrived to the private parking area. The room is large, comfortable, warm, and thoughtfully decorated. It was generously stocked with breakfast items, coffee & tea, and snacks. An ideal location to walk around central Emsworth pubs, restaurants, and coastline, and drive/train/bus to historic Chichester, Portsmouth naval docks, Brighton, and hikes in the South Downs.

Great location- short walk to beautiful Emsworth and it’s picturesque harbour plus close to station for trains into Portsmouth. Beautifully decorated, immaculately clean with every luxury you could think of. Breakfast was superb.

Last month, I had a “Luxury Executive” room that cost £250/night B&B. On the plus side, the room was very quiet, despite a very loud wedding going-on beside reception. And the staff that I dealt with were outstanding – friendly and helpful.

The pool, spa hot tub and gym were clean and easy to get to and use.
