Food was excellent. Our room had views of the bay. The water pressure was out of this world - especially coming from California and after a cold wet walkabout on the island. To be honest, we’re not vegan, but we consider ourselves vegan-friendly and the food was superb.

On the picturesque Isle of Aran, Oakbank Farm self-catering cottages are set in scenic country grounds, just 1 mile from Lamlash. With beautiful coastal sea views, Oakbank offers a full-size tennis court and free Wi-Fi.

Relaxing getaway. The cabin was very cozy inside - lots of heating, comfy blankets, games to play, movies to watch. The kitchen was fully stocked to make anything you wish. They provided tea, coffee, and the cooking basics. There was even some lovely Arran jam shortbread left for us. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway, I absolutely recommend Oakbank Farm's cabin! As an added bonus, the view is incredible. We had some amazing weather where we could enjoy the view, and we also had a very rainy and wet day, but the cabin was the best place to hide away from the weather. We will be booking here again!

Everything was perfect! Agnes is such a lovely hostess. She welcomed us with a warm and friendly manner; and with a great Scottish sense of humour. We loved her! The room was immaculate. The linen and bath towels smelled like fresh laundry, which was very pleasant. You will find everything you need in the room, because Agnes thought of it all. And there is also a pub just around the corner, which is very convenient if you dont want to drive.

. It was great location, with amazing views. The cookhouse was fantastic, fully equipped modern kitchen with dining area. Beds were super comfy and the best shower I've ever used on a trip away, great water pressure. Fantastic spot for bird watching and even saw 3 beautiful bat's in flight over Huts. Very quiet. Was at top of steep hill, so maybe not best for people with mobility difficulties.
