It is a large unit for the price with plenty of room to make yourself at home. It was very clean and both Nin and Jo were very helpful. There is a full size bath. They thought of everything. Small touches such as a proper cloths drying rack, first aid kit, at least 4 rubbish bins (no problem finding one when discarding tea bags), refrigerator, cutlery and other odds and ends to many to name. It is handy to the shops in St Merryn and of course the lovely coffee at Nin's Cafe. I would highly recommend.

The staff were extremely welcoming. There were lovely little extras such as hot sticky pud when we arrived & a thermos of hot chocolate in our room before bed. The breakfast basket was exceptional and a real host of surprises very nicely done. We felt very well looked after and were very comfortable.

It had a private drive right next to the property to leave our car safely overnight. The kitchen and bathrooms were finished to a lovely modern, high standard.
