exceptional hosts, great location, very spacious and comfortable. And, dedicated off street parking! John couldn’t do enough for us, even picking us up when we couldn’t get a taxi, just going the extra mile!

The Kings Arms Inn offers bed and breakfast accommodation in one of West Cornwall’s most atmospheric pubs. Free parking is possible on site, and free high-speed Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the property

To use the Australia vernacular, this pub is a little rippa. The staff were friendly and welcoming; nothing was too much trouble. The accommodations were cosy yet very comfortable. If you can, take the time to have a drink in the bar with the locals, so much fun. The food was simple yet some of the best I've had in the UK. As someone with dietary issues, it was very easy. If you enjoy a hearty bowl of soup, try the bacon and lentil; I guess a twist on pea and ham....it is delicious. Highly recommend

The room was spacious, lots of storage space available. Very comfortable bed. It was all clean, spotless ! Breakfast was really good, I loved "no food wasting policy" and choosing your breakfast the night before. Very friendly stuff, very accommodating. Perfect location, 5 minutes walking to Penzance, but still away from all the busy crowds. It's a dog friendly place, our Charlie was very welcome 😊🐶 It's a great little spot with locals, feels much better and more authentic than other busy touristy places.

We had such a nice time at Cathy’s and Martin’s. The two are perfect hosts, very friendly and attentive. The room was great - very clean with a private bathroom. The breakfast was marvellous- we had eggs, fresh fruit and juice, toast, homemade and cake. Martin and Cathy did everything to make us feel comfortable - thanks so much!

This was a really pleasant surprise, it’s more of a self-contained apartment than a room, with a bed, sitting area and kitchenette. Extremely well appointed and very friendly owner’s on site. Breakfast is provided, but is basically continental, although you could use the cooking facilities if you wanted to. There is a private parking space as well plus access to a sun terrace. It’s walking distance to Mousehole village and restaurants, albeit about 15-20 mins. A great location for exploring the Land’s End peninsular.
