It very close to many different restaurants (amazing pupusas!!), a natural spring pool is just a 5 minute walk away, and the main town square is a 15 minute walk. The neighborhood felt safe and the hostel owner (Nelson) is a super cool chill dude. He does a free walking tour which I highly recommend to get acquainted with the area. He also has the cutest dog named Bush! It was such a treat getting to know them while staying at the hostel. The hostel kitchen is also well equipped and I also loved that you are able to do your own laundry here in the washing machine. I would definitely recommend this place!

This was one of our best accommodations from El Salvador, perfect location on the shore of Coatepeque Lake. Really nice room, clean and comfortable, with a balcony facing the lake. Manuel was very welcoming and attentive and very nice to talk to. We arrived unannounced and he came straight from work to let us in the property within minutes of messaging him. The room is basic but comfortable and the patio and garden area is nice and spacious. The kitchen is well stocked and the wifi is good. The property is located a short walk from the park/cathedral and restaurants etc. Manuel also gave us some delicious avocados straight from the tree!

This hostel is superb. The staff and owner were super friendly and pulled all stops to ensure my stay was memorable. The facilities and services were top notch and the location was great. Would stay here again if I ever return.
