We had a tour upon arrival, and the warmest of welcomes. Breakfast was delicious and we even got a short boat ride to fill up water! Would definitely recommend!

The room was very warm, clean and comfortable. The lady at reception was friendly and helpful.

However, there is bus stop in front of the hotel with direct bus to the station/city center. You HAVE TO ASK THE RECEPTION FOR THE FREE GENEVA TRANSPORT CARD. It's included in your price and you can travel bus/tram/boat for free. The room was ok, comfy bed, nice window with good sunlight
