Such beautiful elegant but homely accommodation. Every comfort you could wish for. Fabulous top quality bedding. The kitchen had two ovens a separate grill and microwave, all built in with perfect hob and integrated deep fat fryer. Perfect for longer stays. The views from the windows amazing. You could see Bath Abbey, the park opposite and the river with houseboats.

Lovely apartment with plenty of space for our family of two adults and one teenager. Well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom and big living room / diner. The flat was about 20 minutes walk from the centre. We recommend glass blowing at Aqua Glass - that was great fun. Also the boat trip from Pulteney Weir, the indoor market which has a great cafe, a bar and a fabulous cheese shop. And of course the Roman Baths. The owner, Nigel was very patient in trying to accommodate us. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Bath Boating Station is located just outside the central part of Bath so there was no problem with on-site parking. We received good instructions prior to arrival and checked in easily. We had a lovely room that opened on to a gazebo which overlooked the River Avon. Inside, the bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. The room included a fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave so making our own breakfasts was easy. We really enjoyed our two night stay.

My daughter and I had the most brilliant stay at the beautiful Boating Station. Lulu was the most charming host. So much so I think my little'un now wants to live by the river and be her first mate! To whoever moaned about the colour scheme, you really need to get a grip. It's a perfectly peaceful purple paradise. Comfy, cosy and within walking distance from the city centre and train station. And the two dogs are adorable and super friendly. We're already talking about staying there again. We can't thank you enough, Eloise xx

The Boathouse is set in a lovely location just outside Bath with countryside views but within easy walking distance to the city. The gentleman that greeted us and booked us in was very welcoming and had good attention to detail. The rooms nicely decorated and I loved the little extra touch of the paper short stories an excellent idea for a few nights stay. The staff at breakfast were equally as welcoming and there was a good choice of breakfast options. Will be coming back here on my next stay in Bath.

What a quaint and lovely place! The breakfast was delicious! The staff were helpful and friendly. The dinner was great, as well. Although the location is a little further away from town than we thought, it turned out to be a plus. Located in an idyllic spot on the River Avon we watched athletes rowing crew in the morning mist and there was a park and ride bus a few steps away to bring us back and forth easily. I highly recommend The Boathouse and thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

Gorgeous houseboat, super spacious and comfortable. Came in a family of 5 adults and we had plenty space to move around. The host was extremely helpful and friendly :) Loved watching the ducks pass by in the morning with a cup of coffee. Lovely way to live! Highly recommend.
