The buffet breakfast was exceptional. The hotel is very classy and has an upscale environment. The staff are very helpful. The hotel is beautiful and close to the lake. It is only a few minutes walk to the lake where you can get a boat tour to the villages along the lake. I would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel, friendly staff, nice room and a nice breakfast - dinners and serving staff were amazing. The location is perfect with a garage nearby and the boat tour leaving in front of the property.

Fantastic village, apartment located in the central point with beautiful view on lake and mountains - first line. All what's needed in apartment. Fantastic restaurants around - no need to search, just step in or book table and you will be in 7th heaven :) Parking close to apartment, but you can also chose boat or bus to get there.

Location in the close proximity to bus, boat and train stop, directly on the lake promenade and easy to get to town by foot or by public transport. The hotel is furnished in art deco style but it feels like it would eventually need refreshment, but still nice. For the city tax you get a Ticino card, which allows you to travel in whole Ticino free of charge, with public you need to ask for it at the reception.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Easy access to everything, fabulous views from the balcony. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We appreciated the room. Enjoyed the decor & beauty of the artwork around the hotel. Most of the staff were excellent with people. We were able to do alot in our 2 days in beautiful Lugano! (A fabulous Boat ride, funicular, delicious meals, & unexpectedly; we enjoyed a parade from our balcony!) I want to return! Thank you!

Very accommodating staff and loved the boat service to/from the train station. absolutely stunning views from all rooms and the restaurant as well.

Delightful, comfortable, clean, ultra-modern conversion of a historic villa minutes from Locarno failway station. Spacious, sophisticated attic apartment, super walk-in rain shower, comfy bed, kitchenette, coffee machine, fridge. Superb varied breakfast including gluten/dairy free options Pretty shaded courtyard garden. Friendly helpful staff. Lift. Lake shore, boat trips, restaurants, cafes, shops, parks, old town, funicular to Madonna del Sasso, scenic railway to Domodossola all nearby..

The views from the hotel are stunning; the pool area was clean and garden was great for relaxing. Comfy sun loungers and option to take out the hotel boat on the lake. Rooms we're large size and comfy beds.
