Wonderful surroundings, lovely glamping tent with comfortable, big beds. Really cosy kitchen and great common room with couch and fireplace and good view. Also the balcony with hot bath was excellent, especially in the night where you could sit and watch the stars. Warm and welcoming host, all in all perfect!

Fantastic location, close to everything - the town centre and mountain. biking parks/luge and redwood forest. The room and bed was really comfy. There is a coffee nespresso in the room, the shower had great pressure. Friendly hosts.

This B&B was immaculate and very tastefully decorated. It is in a quiet neighborhood, less than 15 minutes away from downtown Rotorua. Vivienne, the owner, was very attentive and friendly. Breakfast each morning consisted of granola, yogurt, fresh fruit, toast - and Viv's own freshly made avocado toast. Each of the 3 rooms has its own little patio and guests have use of a communal sitting room, dining room, small kitchen, and a patio. There is even a swimming pool and workout room. I would come back here in a heartbeat! I highly recommend this B&B.

The room had absolutely everything you could want in an airbnb. Down to bathrobes for the spa! Dave is lovely, and a great host. Downstairs is private and spacious. It's rare to find accomodation that is pet-friendly, let-alone one that is as lovely as this. Thanks a lot guys.
