Owner is very friendly, speaks a few different languages, stuff also very nice. No airco but no difficulties to survive, all windows open and it worked good. Worth to visit

The food makes you want to eat here every day. Breakfast is very diverse with use of mostly local products or local (breakfast)dishes. Delicious. Dinner is equally mouthwatering. Wide range of drinks as well. Rooms are modern, large and very comfortable. Then the location. It’s awesome. The views are unbeatable and the place is only a short walk away from the bigger town Vilas das Pombas. The owner and her husband are some of the nicest hotel owners I’ve met. They definately went the extra mile. Highly recommend Kasa d’Vizin.

Situated in Pombas in the Santo Antao region, Luz d'Sol - Residencial Familiar has a balcony. With sea views, this accommodation features a terrace. The accommodation provides airport transfers, while a car rental service is also available. There's no better place to stay in Santo Antão. Very beautiful house close to all the restaurants in Paul and many amazing hikes nearby. The owner lives in the same house with his family and you get to sit with them for breakfast which is cooked freshly every day (pancakes with papaya jam, fresh banana and papaya juice, local goat cheese, omelette,..). I cannot recommend staying here enough - we wanted to stay for one night only but ended up staying three. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. If we ever come back to the island, Luz d'Sol is where we will go!

The nearest airport is Cesària Evora Airport, 55 km from the bed and breakfast. Comfortable and cozy place, nice owner, excellent Italian style breakfast, and good wifi. Owner allowed us to store our bags the day before check-in so we could hike down from Cova without carry our bags.

Kate is a great host: speaks all languages possible (😀), has all the guests dinner together and has a thorough knowledge of the entire island, giving great tips for hikes and restaurants! Staff was extremely friendly as well! The walk up the hill to get to Casa is quite steep but it’s like you feel rewarded once you get into this little paradise at the end of it!! I will be back for sure!

The peaceful, slow-life atmospheare of this place was really special. Wish we could have stayed longer. Abslutely recommended
