My double room was large and very comfortable. I was greeted by the loveliest receptionist who arranged an early check in for me. Continental breakfast was included with the room (not an extra £10 as I had thought it would be). The hotel is in a nice area, minutes walk from the tube station and a large Sainsbury’s grocery shop.

Stayed with my mum for a couple of nights to do some Christmas shopping in London. Location is great and we felt that our stay was good value for money. A short walk to Arnos Grove station which takes you right into London. The breakfast was really good and rooms were spotless. We would 100% recommend.

It was very clean, pretty comfortable and rooms were spacious. Staff were very friendly when we engaged with them. Breakfast was nice enough. For the standard of the facilities and rooms, and for the location (a fair distance from central London), this was good value for money.
