We had a lovely weekend. Our host Dawn was amazing. She showed us around even though we arrived almost 2 hours after check in closed. The location is very nice with lots of things to do for the whole family. Our favorite was the Quex Barn shop (but avoid having a coffee) :)

The bathroom is done very nicely with lovely hot showers. The space is great and set away from the rest of Quex park but also close enough if you want to explore what's on offer there. It is also very close to the seaside and beaches. There were some small issues but Dawn was always available and responded quickly to resolve them. This was our second year visiting and we look forward to returning again.

The property is right on the sea front which is perfect for sunrise and sunset. I would definitely recommend The Waves and hope to visit again.

Great to be able to see the sunrise and sunset too ! The large comfortable adjustable bed & a remote control curtain make it that much more relaxing. Bathroom was very luxurious…nice big bath & walk through shower & all you need for your stay. It’s always immaculately clean, this is our second visit. Would highly recommend for a unique experience, a truly wow view that you just can't stop looking at! We were lucky enough to witness a beautiful sunset and sunrise, the first time I have witnessed this anywhere in the world from the same view!

Fresh flowers in room lovely touch. Bathroom was amazing - having a bath overlooking the sea was amazing . Delicious cooked breakfast and cold choices . Amazing view whilst eating breakfast. Neil and Marilyn are lovely and welcoming. Gave us tips on where to visit. Would love to return in the future.
