I visited with my daughters aged 5 and 9 in November. Despite being winter the stay was comfortable as we brought sleeping bags in addition to the provided bedding. The wood burner in the tent also took the edge off. The camp area is great with multiple fires and places to sit. It really feels magical and my girls loved it. The woods are lovely to walk round - we went spotting different types of mushrooms! If you are prepared for a bit of “back to nature” you will have a great time!

Bed was very comfortable. Evening meals were very good but little choice especially if staying for more than one night - no daily specials for example. Staff were friendly and helpful. View from restaurant was beautiful with beautiful sunsets. Outside space looked lovely but it was too cold to venture out there unfortunately. Relatively close to Whitstable if you're driving.

We adore Whitstable and was happy to find this place, hopefully be back again. Hosts left a bottle of wine and a tasty fruit cake

Even had an upgraded balcony room and I would certainly return. The breakfast and choice was delicious and fresh. The view from the veranda simply perfect.

They thoroughly enjoyed it. It’s in the city center, the beach is just downstairs, and in the terrace you can see the spectacular sunset. The receptionist at the front desk of the hotel was very warm , the lady suggested that we can store our luggage for free after check-out.

The view from the balcony was just perfect! Watching the sunset over the sea with a glass of wine, what could be better! Really good choice of tea/coffee in the room which was great and the bathrobes were a nice touch. We had both dinner and breakfast and the food was incredible with very generous portions and staff were very attentive and friendly. Being able to easily walk into Whitstable was great so the location is perfect.
