My partner and I enjoyed every aspect of this experience in the Mhamid desert and in the camp we chose to spend the night. After the tour on the back of the dromedary we arrive in Camp Desert Trips already rich from the experience we have just had and it was no less there. We were welcomed by the staff who are like a family, they immediately offered us a hot mint tea (the first of a long series) and then we enjoyed excellent Moroccan specialties for dinner to end the evening with our eyes fixed on the sky at admire the stars while listening to the traditional songs and music of this welcoming people around the fire.

The host Aziz was a wonderful host. He took me to the Oasis and Chigaga Erg. He also arranged for my return taxi which was extremely helpfu.l He made my desert adventure a very memorable one. Chef Barack is a very kind person who makes delicious vegan food. I highly recommend this property.

The breakfast was glorious and served on the most beautiful terrace overlooking the sand dunes and palm trees. This is a very peaceful place in a beautiful oasis. I did not want to leave. They took such great care of me and I am ever grateful for the memories made during my stay and on various excursions set up by the staff. What an amazing gem. I highly recommend this place and adore the people who run it. What an awesome experience!

Such a peaceful getaway from the constant sales pitches from everyone you pass. Quiet, calm, relaxing. Brahim is welcoming and very easy to talk to, knowledgeable and happy to tell you about life in the Sahara. (When you arrive in M’Hamid, ignore everyone, and call Brahim to guide you into camp. You won’t regret it; the laidback approach is a perfect change from owners of other camps trying to sell to you). The huts are awesome, and a great temperature, and the bedding is the softest bedding I’ve experienced in my life! The food was unbelievable! (Best I had in 3 weeks in Morocco)

The camp had a wonderful location between amazing desert dunes. Not only was this the only camp in this area (the next camp was behind several dunes) but also did we enjoy a breathtaking view of the landscapes and were able to enjoy the sunrise and sunset. The host was amazing as well as the delicious traditional breakfast and dinner. We can absolutely recommend this camp.

We drunk a lot of "Berber whiskey" aka tea, they made us the best tajine and breakfast was delicious too. We also got an amazing insight to the Berber's desert life. The dunes are right next to the campsite and nightsky full of stars. Bed was clean and comfortable. Will definitely come back!
