My partner and I enjoyed every aspect of this experience in the Mhamid desert and in the camp we chose to spend the night. After the tour on the back of the dromedary we arrive in Camp Desert Trips already rich from the experience we have just had and it was no less there. We were welcomed by the staff who are like a family, they immediately offered us a hot mint tea (the first of a long series) and then we enjoyed excellent Moroccan specialties for dinner to end the evening with our eyes fixed on the sky at admire the stars while listening to the traditional songs and music of this welcoming people around the fire.

At the campground, units come with a wardrobe. All units are air conditioned and include a seating and/or dining area. All units feature a private bathroom, a hair dryer and bed linen.

Buffet and à la carte breakfast options with warm dishes, local specialities and fresh pastries are available every morning at the campground. Guests may wind down in the in-house lounge, while a grocery delivery service and packed lunches are also available upon request. I was traveling from Marrakesh to Merzuga with my husband and our 8 year old girl. We wanted to stay 3 nights somewhere in the middle of the route to absorb nature, explore the real Morroco and relax . Tamalit eco farme turned out to be much more than this. Such a beautiful place, gorgeous hand made bbungalows, little jaimas with sofas to chill everywhere, magic little spots we enjoyed and specially Nahia loved! The far m has many fruit trees, vegetable garden and goats Tabita n chickens we visited daily. The food prepared by Icham was the best we have eaten in all the holiday. The tahines, salda meats. Delicious varied breakfast all prepared with so much care and detail. Delicious fresh goats cheese too! Spaghettis included for fussy Nahia was a blessing. The portions were sooo generous too. We are so grateful. The best part is that Icham and his brother attended all our needs with joy and profesionality. We did many local activities with them. Walking your around the amazing palm grove and all the lil jasbahs. Pottery class with his cousin was so interesting in the village near by. Nahia got to ride a donkey through the palmyreees. They showed us how they made artisanal bread and they gave us a henna art session as courtesy too. His brother took us on secret walk in oasis and climbed a monta in to see a spectacular gorge. It was by far the best 3 days of the holiday. We came back after 3 days in the dessert to pick up our car and they received us like family with big hugs and blessings. Can’t recommend staying here more and enjoying all the activities this valley has to offer by the hand of this two generous and humble brothers. All units at the campground are fitted with a seating area. A balcony with an outdoor dining area and quiet street views is offered in every unit. Additional in-room amenities include fruits and chocolates or cookies. Highly recommend the sunset camel ride, morning jeep tour and spending your evening stargazing and having a dance to the berber beats. Unbeatable value for money, and would recommend to anyone!

The nearest airport is Zagora Airport, 107 km from Mhamid yaya camp. Best conditions in desert. They helped us for the safari and it was beautiful. Yahya and Hassan took very good care of us. Breakfast and dinner were so delicious. Thank you for everything

The area is popular for walking tours, and car hire is available at Camp Sahara Dunes. Barbecue facilities are provided at the campground, and guests can also relax in the garden or go on a picnic in the picnic area. The host Aziz was a wonderful host. He took me to the Oasis and Chigaga Erg. He also arranged for my return taxi which was extremely helpfu.l He made my desert adventure a very memorable one. Chef Barack is a very kind person who makes delicious vegan food. I highly recommend this property.

Featuring a shared bathroom, units at the campground also offer free WiFi. The units include bed linen. Our experience with Brahim was very beautiful and authentic. He organized for us two nights in the desert, with camels ride, hike and 4x,4. With him we were able to experience the desert in an authentic and unique way. For my son ( 12 ) it's been a magic experience, and Brahim was very sweet and open hearted with him and with all of us - 3 ppl. He gives the right time to things, he prepared for us great food, tea and Berber bread in the fire. He is a clean soul and we wish to thank him for making our wishes come true and gift us with an unforgettable desert experience - not to mention the beauty of the desert itself and the quantity of stars we were able to see. A terrace with an outdoor dining area and mountain views is offered in every unit. The units at the campground come with a shared bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower. We loved how close the camp was to the huge dunes and the relaxed atmosphere. We were offered suggestions for things to do (like an excursion by camel) but were free to structure the day to suit ourselves. We opted for lunch and evening meals and the food was excellent!!

The nearest airport is Zagora Airport, 111 km from the campground. The breakfast was glorious and served on the most beautiful terrace overlooking the sand dunes and palm trees. This is a very peaceful place in a beautiful oasis. I did not want to leave. They took such great care of me and I am ever grateful for the memories made during my stay and on various excursions set up by the staff. What an amazing gem. I highly recommend this place and adore the people who run it. What an awesome experience!
