Great locataion, very good caring staff, amazing food well mainatined camp compared to other camps. I have visited and stayed in 4 camps around Mhamid and Erg Lihoudi. This camp was the best so far.

For me it was Location - on the deseret, remote place, dunes, variety of plants and animals of that spot (including spiders and ants), flavour of a desert. People, TOP - Ayoub, a man of calss and kindness! Great period together to visit a desert spots and mesmerizing views around the desert. The finall hiking on the highest, local dune - Erg Chigaga broke my heart! Apart of that, fosils seeking, Nomads visit, plants (Tuza) admire, speaking with Ayoub...

the most memorable experiences we’ve had. Everything was so well organised. The 4wd drive to the Erg chgaga got our adrenaline pumping and was pretty awesome. The cameltour was relaxing and absolutly breathtaking with the sun going down on the dunes. The camp itself had the perfect location and how it was dressed up was beautiful with many nice details. The tent was very beautiful, clean and comfortable. The food was delicious. And most of all the service was top notch. They really made us feel like home. Live music at the camp fire, unlimited amount of stars... All and all great expérience. Thank you so much Abdoul

We spent two nights at Sahara holidays Camp and WOW!!! Abdoul was beyond kind and accommodating. We arrived without having booked any activities, and he made sure that we did everything that we wanted - private tour in a 4x4, wild sahara tour in the dunes, sunset camel riding. The camp is separated from the others in the area, which adds to the overall majesty of the experience, and the food for breakfast and dinner was fresh and filling. The tent itself was amazing with very comfortable beds and the hottest water that we've experienced thus far in Morocco. Can't wait to come back soon .

I have checked other camps during my stay in Morocco. However, this camp is by far the best. Their location was amazing. You need to get to the camp by 4WD. They have many different activities that you can try. Their camp is gorgeous and the interior was high end. It was an experience I will never forget. Quiet night, bright stars what else can you ask for? The price is not expensive than other camps but its well worth it. .

Visiting Erg Chigaga has been one the best choices I’ve made when travelling to Morocco. The owner camp Sahara holidays organised everything down to the last detail, from the location of the camp, the food, the tents to all the facilities. I definitely recommend choosing Erg Chigaga the dunes are as high or even higher and you’ll experience the dunes with less tourist. Thank you Sahara holidays .

Beautiful location. Close enough to MHAMID for restaurants etc and also to the festival site. Definitely need a car and ideally 4 wheel drive or good ground clearance as dirt roads. It is possible to get lifts from the staff. Very clean. Helpful friendly staff spoke good English. Nice food on offer. Don’t expect running water. There is a shower and 2 x flush toilets but mostly the water was off and it was necessary to flush with a bucket of water. Similarly the shower was a dribble but enough to rinse sand etc and cool off. Water is obviously at a premium in this location. Great experience.

I recommend using Sahara holidays camp .for a trek in the desert. Most of the staff speak englich and other stuff . The cook is a local who knows very well the desert and can be an amazing tour guide, camel man, everything. The staff members are all very friendly and teach you many things such as the way nomads live in the desert. And to some extent through this trip, you will be able to experience that yourself. Sahara holidays also helps you a lot plan the entire trip in Morocco, and to schedule how to get to (If you are landing in Mhamid for example). The food is also very friendly for vegetarian people as it is often served with lots of vegetable. For anyone who is looking for a personal trip to relax, or a family trip, friends... I recommend going to Mhamid and experience the desert trek! Make sure to look all the options on their website .
