Oseki Maasai Mara Camp offers a barbecue. The one-day safari arranged by the camp was truly excellent – we were lucky to see cheetahs, many lions doing different things, great bird life, hyenas and more. Driving through faint tracks in the grass is a great experience, too. Hikes up the local mountain and through the bush in the morning were a great delight – amidst friendly giraffes, zebras and monkeys. We were lucky to see a mongoose or two. The camp was also able to arrange last-minute transfers for us from Nairobi airport when other transportation failed to show up as well as transportation to Nakuru. Tents are comfortable at night, with temperature of 18-20C inside, hot water is good if intermittent, food is good.
