The super cute cabin is set within beautiful surroundings. Really breathtaking! It’s absolutely delightful to watch the sunset from there. Very close to many tourist attractions in the region, and also close to the towns center where you can find a Spar and different restaurants. Jeff is so nice! We really had a fantastic time! Totally recommend

The studios and family units come with en suite bathrooms, log fires and private verandas with stunning views.

Everything!!! The place is just amazing with beautiful views and great stuff. it is a bit secluded which can lead to one getting lost but trust me once you get to the destination you forget all about that because of how beautiful the place is. Godfrey is such an amazing hostess, he was calling us all the way trying to ensure that we rich our destination safely. We even made fun about gravel road that we got lost to and I how stubborn I was when He told me to use another route. The receptionist was also phenomenal, he prepared us our take away breakfast as we were needed to be out very early for our adventure. The place is suitable for people who just want to relax and enjoy each others company and that is exactly what we did as there are no TV's in the bed room and also the network is not that strong.

Looking for a cabin?

For the active travellers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and self-catered, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found elsewhere in the world. Characterised by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing holidays.

This is a gem: lush vegetation all around, the babble of the river just outside our chalet, comfy bed, well set-up kitchen, great breakfast, and the friendliest owners. We only spent one night there, but have promised ourselves to be back for a longer stay!

Rustic but really clean and comfortable venue. The chalet was old but very clean and neat. The surroundings, grounds and river are excellent. Seriously impressed for the type of venue it is.

We loved our stay at Sabie Star, the owner/manager was very efficient and friendly and was able to answer all our questions. The accommodation that we were given, was lovely. It did bother us, though, that Booking.com through which the booking was made, stated that for a party the size of ours (husband, wife, adult child and minor child) needed two chalets. The owner then enquired as to why we would need two chalets and booked us into the (very lovely) executive suite.

Very kind and helpful personal who gave us good advice about the surroundings ! The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. On top of that the chalets are right next the river which makes a great place to enjoy and peaceful. The bonus is the two Great Danes that are adorable !
