Some units include a seating area and/or a patio. we loved everything about Umkumbe safari lodge. the staff were incredibly nice and anticipated every need. the views from the property were amazing. we saw a troop of baboons and a herd of elephants. then the safaris! our guide Shannon was so awesome! she found so many animals and had a wealth of information about every animal. it was unforgettable!!!

But most of all was the fantastic and lovely, friendly people working there from Fortune to the other restaurant people and fabulous chef who prepared really great vegetarian meals for me each evening.
