Clasy and functional. We were booked to stay one night but decided to stay an extra night, as it was so comfortable.

Very clean, tidy and well stocked with essentials e.g with tea, coffee, sugar, condiments and toiletries. (Having milk in the fridge when we arrived was really appreciated as all shops were closed!)
Good heating and hot water supply, excellent linen (towels &sheets) and laundry facilities (washer, dryer, washing line and even some washing powder provided).
Outside BBQ worked great.

A lovely boutique hotel a short walk out of Hobart with stunning views of Mt Wellington. Beautiful rooms and lovely staff and breakfast. Highly recommended a stay here.

Cottage was what we needed for a couple of days visiting a very sick relative. Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to meet the hosts but everything was satisfactory.
