It was a special experience to stay in this old atmospherical building. We had nice bbq in the green lush yard. Very helpful and kind owner.
Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony, Къща за гости Ива is situated in Krasno Gradishte. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi.
The hotel is very basic but has what you need. The beds were very comfortable but the pillows were not good either too soft or too hard. There is food on the premises until 5pm There is a kitchen so you can cook your own but you would need a car to go to the town for shopping.
The waterfalls are really nice and well kept. It is a lovely place to stay overnight.

Helpful owner, even sought us out in local supermarket to tell us we had left a bit of luggage behind! No English but not a prob. The room was very basic but clean and comfortable, with mozzy screens and good a/c. Tv worked. En suite good. Masses of free parking outside. Good selection restaurants and pizza place within hundred yards. Weekend buzzing with coaches seeing remarkable limestone waterfalls just a short walk away. Town rather neat and looked wealthy compared to most Bulgarian. Well worth an overnighter for falls and a meal. Perfect for trip following day to stupendous, truly sublime caves down the road - devetashka- left dumbstruck. Seen loads in world but why is devetashka not a world famous site? Must see this. Vast. Sublime.

Lovely village near Krushuna waterfalls.
Lovely village near Krushuna waterfalls. The roads aren't perfect but this is a problem in Bulgaria, not only here. There is a supermarket in the center and a good restaurant with fair prices. Stay here for at least 2 days to see Krushuna Waterfalls and Devetashka cave but also for the region.
