The rooms were spacious and well furnished. Bathrooms were very clean and spacious as well. The owners was very welcoming and we particularly appreciated The restaurant with a true Bavarian atmosphere, warm and conviviality are the best qualificatives ! You can also tastz the oktober fest beer on tap 😎
The breakfast is delicious and the Cook makes you delicious Coffee (cappuccino, macchiato, etc) and eggs with bacon 👌
If you have to stay in this area, dont hesitate.
Ps: for family with children there is an outdoor private playground in front of the room in a secure area far from the street.

The breakfast was very good. However, the location was quite a ways from the nearest train station. It took 20-30 minutes to walk there. If I were staying in Freising again, I would book something closer to the train station.
