The host Bent was very kind. Handed us the keys upon arrival and he toured us around the place. The flat has everything you need for the stay even the kitchen! So thankful. The place is nice, huge with balcony. It is 15mins drive to Copenhagen Centrum, where you can find lots of paid parking. Lidl is 3 blocks away from property and so with the S train station. There is free parking in front of the property. Definitely will stay here again.

Location and the grounds is very nice. The breakfast is ok but served between 7-9am. Room was big but outdated. TV has few channel and no bluetooth. Two person bed was separate spring mattresses that kept drifting apart. Bathroom is not up to standards for this kind of location and price range. Its a conference hotel more than it should be. Ordrupgaard Art museum is super close as is the beach. Lousiana art museum little ways and Bakken amusement park as well.AnnaFinland - 10Scored 10

Close to a nature park and castle park. Just one train stop (or a 20-30 minute walk) from Lyngby, where there is an abundance of shops, cafes and restaurants. Beach is also within walking distance. Quiet and nice area, very safe. Excellent for a relaxing trip.

Absolutely a hidden gem in Denmark!
Absolutely a hidden gem in Denmark! It was so amazing to see all the beautiful homes and gardens. The little city had a good choice between restaurants and it was easy to both walk, drive and ride a bike there. The animal life in Gentofte where stunning. We saw many ducks and birds and we rented bikes and rode to Jægersborg National park and got to see huge packs of small and bigger Deer! The community was lovely and everybody was so nice to us! I really recommend taking a trip to Gentofte if you wanna have a good time and relax!

The area was pleasant and the people were useful.
The area was pleasant and the people were useful. And most of all it’s quiet at night. So I could catch up on what little sleep I did have. Close enough for a night out and an affordable taxi home. Also best to download the TAXA app to be able to book taxis off your mobile for when you want. Also always user the metered taxi option. Always cheaper

We eat at the lounge in the hotel, and the breakfast in the morning in the cafeteria. The breakfast was a buffet with great choice for food and drinks.

When you walk out the door, you are in front of the central bus and train stations on one side, and a mall with everything that you could ever need on the other side.
