Gargantilla it was what we were looking for, relax and nature !! We had a car and we went twice to the nearest village Hervas( beautiful full of little shops and bars) 10 mins away from Gargantilla ,,where we did shopping, tapas and walk the jewish streets. We arrived late saturday after 9 pm and we forgot to buy oil but Yolanda our hosted own the only shop and took me in her car and open the shop for me. 😘!! And the best she let us stay the whole sunday we left about 6 pm😘. Very big rooms, bathroom and good size kitchen-dining too.😏 thanks again!!

Convenient location at the edge of the old city. Room was clean and ok, machine coffee in the room was actually rather good. Spa was 14 Euros extra (you can order with the room but it costs the same), some of it was ok. Lady at fromt desk spoke zero english and I have only basic spanish but she did make the effort and we could mostly communicate. But Hervas is so great that all of that doesn't really matter, had a lovely timr and for the price would have stayed for another couple of days if I had the time.

Lovely basic hotel at great value travelling in April. Parking at the rear of the hotel, good for motorbikes. Bar and restaurant. Very clean. Great staff.

We stayed for one night. Room comfortable and facilities good. Lovely setting. Staff welcoming and friendly. The person on reception spoke good English, which was very helpful for us, and gave us good information. We visited Hervás the next day before leaving - well worth a visit.
