The quiet and remote location was what we needed to relax and forget about the daily stress.
The cottage was located just 1 min away from the super clean and serene lake Saima, and we went to swim every morning and evening. The water was cold but add sauna to the equation and you are guaranteed to LOVE it. ❤️
The cottage has everything you could ask for, we only forgot that the bed linen is not included. In any case we couldn't have carried it way over from Switzerland, so we rented it. You will also need to clean before departure, so don't make a mess 😁😄 It was not an issue for us anyway 😉
We really enjoyed our breakfasts on the terrace, an opportunity to watch birds and just relax.
If we knew how much we would love it, we would have stayed longer.
