The facilities inside the caravan were good. The beds were clean and comfortable. The shower was powerful and big enough to fit me and my 2 year old.

Nice place and nice surroundings. Brekfast was really good - plenty of choices and everything tasteful. Hotel really worth to spend some time in. Graet place as a base to visit London - 20 min by train (Southeastern) to Central London (Cannon Street, Charing Cross or Victoria).

The hotel is freshly builded or renovated, but some spots are already worn out, for example elevator, restrooms on ground floor or furniture at the room.
The bed was comfy, the room is big enough, the bathroom was clean and spacious.
The receptionists were very friendly and helpful, doing everything to comfort us upon our early arrival - thank you very much!
It would be useful for guests to be given a list of places...
It would be useful for guests to be given a list of places nearby eg Bromley, Orpington, Eltham, etc together with a list of bus numbers to take them there and where to catch the buses and/or train.
Guests using the 233 bus returning to Ruxley Rooms need to be told to stay on the bus till the Ruxley Nursery stop so that they don't have to cross a number of busy roads.
It is easy to find your way around Sidcup especially if you have an "Oyster Card".
I found a nice little place to eat called The Kitchen. They serve a range of homemade desserts as well as main meals.

The area wasn't the problem. The "hotel" was a dump.
The area wasn't the problem. The "hotel" was a dump. Entirely misrepresented in its advertising. Despite leaving after the first night of a 9 day booking the hotel refused any sort of refund. None of what the hotel advertised is true. No towels, no hot water, no wi-fi and no breakfast despite all being advertised as being available. STAY AT THIS "HOTEL" AT YOUR PERIL!!!!
I loved the bathroom and toilet experience. The place was also very neat. The cleaners came in to clean every morning and I never felt like my things were not secure. When anything was faulty, they repaired very quickly, there were no gaps. It was perfect for my husband and I. However, the room we booked was too tight for too many suitcases. Basically it was like a small hotel room.
The room was amazing, perfectly up to covid regulations with hygiene, justine was welcoming and offered lots of extras such as use if fridge if needed, smoking area was clean and tidy and is the best pet hotel I've been, my little one was comfortable, and made to be welcome , local parks and supermarkets and cafes, what a hidden gem 💎
