No complaints about the facilities if you needed to cook for yourself or any washing as full use of modern kitchen. Bedroom was spotless also shower room it was on small side but everything you needed. Communal sitting room if you wanted . This accommodation is suited more for younger guests but we were comfortable enough and room was warm if you wanted.

Lovely clean accommodation with very friendly staff. Great selection for breakfast which we all really enjoyed. The location is brilliant and near to the sea front. It's only about half an hours drive into the centre of Edinburgh.
