Staff were very polite and attentive. They noticed it was a special occasion for us and gave us a really nice room with great amenities. The room was big enough for both of us. With a wardrobe that had robes and slippers. They even had a cute chocolate cake for us on the table and congratulated us on the anniversary. Which was just such a beautiful touch. And really made the trip special. I did get room service which was very nice I just think it could have been presented a bit nicer but again not the end of the world. I do recommend the cheeseboard which was very lovely. Really great location and close to two stations.

Alfred (Manager) was so helpful and kind with any queries, and always wanted to make sure we really enjoyed our stay.. A cake, lemonade, and balloons in our room was such a lovely surprise for my son's birthday.. Also for extra blanket(duvet) in case they were needed. Thank you so much..
