The Lady who takes care of guests was very friendly and helpful. She even pointed out that we lost screws on our wheel and maybe even saved our lives, so God bless this woman :)
Shower was working, and it took like 20 min to warm up the place when we arrived. Everything was great ;)

The hotel is beautiful and the location is fantastic. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable and the view of the caves from the balcony was wonderful. I walked to the caves (30 minutes from the hotel to the ticket booth) along the road as it was very quiet, but the hotel offered a free transfer service too.
The breakfast was tasty and offered a good range of choice. The restaurant for dinner was lovely and the staff were very attentive.

The location across the valley from the cave complex is magnificent. The dinner of fresh trout from on site and other food and local wine could hardly be bettered. But above all the friendliness of the family who run this small hotel was the real bonus. Their information opened doors for our walks in the region so we saw more than we expected we could.
This is a very pleasant little city. I would stay much longer if circumstances permitted. Will certainly return to this outstanding place in the future. Historical ruins and beautiful mountainous terrain coupled by warm friendly people.
