A sweet place close to Thessaloniki.
A sweet place close to Thessaloniki. It has everything you need. In November, when we were there, everything was working, most of the cafes and restaurants, which particularly delighted me. I think I will visit Pereu again.

Our flight was cancelled and I booked on short notice.
Our flight was cancelled and I booked on short notice. They had a room available and even called me to confirm I could check in early, which was great under the circumstances. Right on the seaside with beautiful views, it was a great surprise and excellent value which made our delay experience so much nicer

Peraia is a nice relatively small town, but has everything you'd need. Reasonable supermarkets in town are available. There is a pier from where you can get a boat to Thessaloniki. The beach itself is nice and not overly busy, but busier at weekends as gets crowds in from city.
The promenade is lined with bars and restaurants so whether it's a coffee, cocktail, beer or a relaxing Greek meal, there is plenty to whet the appetite. There are also a couple of small gaming places and you can hire kids bikes / scooters.
A water park (Waterland Thessaloniki) is 20 minutes away by car and the city is 30 minutes away which is well worth a visit with plenty of history, culture to see and the nightlife is also vibrant in the city.

We have been to Perea several times before and love the fact that it's away from the city's business yet still close enough. We have found Perea bit cleaner than previous times however unfortunately still seeing a fair amount of pollution on the streets, beach and ocean unfortunately. Restaurants are generally very well priced with good food. Worth getting the waiter to re-read you order since there is a language gap with locals that has caused some confusion before. Would also be great if they had no smoking restaurants and beaches but rather designated smoking areas. Non smokers, pregnant women and children are constantly exposed to second hand smoke and buds are littered everywhere. Would definitely be a hotspot and highly recommended after a clean up.

Very average place (and beach). Nothing special to do.
Very average place (and beach). Nothing special to do. Also all the beaches nearby (in Thessaloniki) are average or bellow average. It is cheaper then standard Greek touristic places. And the best thing is that it is close to Thessaloniki which is very nice city to hangout.
I really liked the whole staff!!! Everyone was VERY friendly, open, helpful and service-oriented, not in an exaggerating way, but in a very authentic way. So thank you to everyone who answered all questions, who helped out, who called back and who took care of us and everything.
The location is also very nice, it's directly at the beach, the hotel helps you to rent a car (the car rental company even picks you up at the hotel to take you to the car!), but you can also easily take the bus to the city center of Thessaloniki.
The most appropriate name for this lovely place! The apartment is great, clean, situated very close to the beach and the restaurants in Perea. It offers even more than you need to feet at home, all kinds of kitchen utensils, sanitary products in the bathroom, different towels. And Natasa and Antonis are the ones to make a real difference! It was such a warm welcome with local beverages, snacks, good advices about the area and last but not least even a home made marmalade! We enjoyed evey moment of our trip!
We liked the seaside view and cleanliness of the place. We enjoyed the spacious balcony for relaxing. It was close enough to Thesseloniki by car, although we missed out on the shuttle boat to Thesseloniki (closed for winter season). Car parking was tight in Thesseloniki, but fortunately we had great free parking at the port on the Sunday. However, parking on the Monday took awhile. Car parking was not a problem on the streets around the hotel.
- Apartment situated just in front of the sea at the main Perea beach!
- Wonderful panoramatic view of the bay and Thessaloniki
- Everything worked properly
- Very kind and cooperative people, no problem with getting the entrance card
- The main beach is full of different cafés (Abuelos - perfect!!!), bars, fast foods etc. In the evening and night it is a bit noisy but this certainly belongs to this wonderful place!
The apartment is very cozy, well-equipped, with everything you need to enjoy your stay close to Perea beach. The communication with our host was amazing, we got quick and helpful responses. The area is surrounded by many restaurants, mini/super markets, bakeries, bars etc, all of these within a few minutes by walking. We can definitely recommend it and may stay there one day again.
I like the apartment and everything inside the apartment. You need only 2 minutes to go to the beach. The host are perfect, they give us information about everything we asked, they were so nice. We have everything we needed in the apartment. The beach is also good and the place is good. I'm really satisfied.
The price and the loccation of the apartment was fantastic! The service was superb and they always asked if we needed something. The apartment itself was very clean, and there were no insects in the apartment. I recommend this apartment for anyone considering to have a vacation in Perea or Thessaloniki.
Very good location, brand new room, spotlessly clean and nice and helpful owner. Down there they have a traditional restaurant as well. The place is good for a short term stay, with free parking and very close to Thessaloniki.
I love how small Perea is, everything was close to our house so there was no problem going anywhere we wanted. I also loved the people in the city. Every single person I had the pleasure talking to was kind and helpful.
Very nice, clean and comfortable appartment in very center in Perea, near to the shops and bus station and the sea also, only 10 min from airport with a car.Recomended.There is a closed garden for people with kids.
Beautiful location with amazing seafront 2 k long..beach from one end to the other..were blown away by location and views..restaurants so reasonable. Hotel is very clean. Breakfast was simple, but tasty.
Great place, right next to the beach and Perea promenade! Restaurants, bars and shops are a short walk away. Everything was perfect during our trip and will definitely come back. Helpful hosts also!
Location to Perea town was great. Close to Bus route, beaches and restaurants. Outstanding sea view.. Room was large with a nice balcony, recently renovated and modern.
