Good Location: The property is located on the main road leading to Tenkasi. It is surrounded by the wilderness of Shendurney Forest.
Host: Robin and Vinish were extremely helpful in planning our track inside the Thenmala Eco Reserve. They helped in checking available slots and ensured we get to hike inside the forest.

There needs to be a large sign on the property saying Quilon Beach Inn so it’s easy to find.
It should be stressed how isolated the property is. You either need transport or you have to bring all your food for the time spent there.
Also it’s incorrect to say it’s like a private beach.
There is a locked gate from the property onto a small patch of sand and then loads of rocks down to the sea. It is accessible to everyone including the village dogs.
I don’t like giving negative reviews.
The property has great potential. Feels like it needs a bit of TLC from the owner.

Our highlight was going up the lighthouse at Kollam Beach.
Our highlight was going up the lighthouse at Kollam Beach. A great outlook.
On the whole we didn't find too much to do in the Kollam. The park wasn't that great and the beach wasn't where we'd like to swim.
We enjoyed walking around some of the side streets off the busy roads.
excellent mind blowing spot were the Property is located. The food was amazing. Spa with Ayurvedic options was also excellent. The yoga point for sunset and sunrise is mind blowing, the boat ride through mangroves is an excellent experience. This place will touch ur heart as it’s very close to nature. It’s a long walk to the villas, but u will thoroughly enjoy it. Might be difficult for old people.
Very relaxing retreat from the hubbub of the town with hammocks and lakeside access to fishing and canoeing. Good food and coffee available for snacks. Tours to a nearby island via gondola gave an early morning serene experience through typical Kerala backwaters - much better than the hectic tourist ratrace of Allepey.
Everything else. The Reception was very helpful in guiding me to take a low budget but extremely satisfying trip to Munroe Islands.
I am very thankful also to Mr. Gopi, who used to be in the Hotel's Security team earlier.
Food in the Anand Bhawan restaurant was tasty and did not hurt the pocket either.
The place was really neat and clean. Of the hotels I've visited recently, I'd rate this one as the cleanest. It is a budget hotel, but I commend them for the importance they have given to keeping the place clean and hygienic. Will visit again for sure when I'm in Kollam.
We share a best moment with Unny and his family. Their homestay it's perfect, the room is clean and the place are quiet. Food are very tasty and cooked with love ! Thank you for all ! Our discussions stay in our head and your smile in our heart
Wonderful stay with family members type treat by a humble couple. This is the best stay around varkala, this is my honest review and recommend everyone stay in this place when you are at Varkala.
Thanks you so much host🙂
Nice, friendly staff and very professional. Everything was held clean, like the lobby, pool etc.
The buffet was very good and huge.
The beach was just a minute away. Of course a lovely view also.
The Location is good... with 3 rooms facing the backwaters... with ample space in the front for kids and family to hang out. Peaceful and quiet area. It is good for large family get together.
Room has almost all facilities. Ac, heating kettle, coffee, tea, sugar, milk powder, tv everything there and it's a new residency and the staffs were also good. And its centre of Kollam.
The access by boat and the stunning views to the lake 'Ashtamudi" . Apart from that the care taker who is holding a valid license to drive that 8 seater boat.
A cute resort with outstanding hospitality ... It was an excellent place near the beach.Rooms were well maintained.Highly recommended, worth the money...
