The property is spacious and the roof terrace is a bonus.
The property is spacious and the roof terrace is a bonus.
There needs to be a large sign on the property saying Quilon Beach Inn so it’s easy to find.
It should be stressed how isolated the property is. You either need transport or you have to bring all your food for the time spent there.
Also it’s incorrect to say it’s like a private beach.
There is a locked gate from the property onto a small patch of sand and then loads of rocks down to the sea. It is accessible to everyone including the village dogs.
I don’t like giving negative reviews.
The property has great potential. Feels like it needs a bit of TLC from the owner.

Our highlight was going up the lighthouse at Kollam Beach.
Our highlight was going up the lighthouse at Kollam Beach. A great outlook.
On the whole we didn't find too much to do in the Kollam. The park wasn't that great and the beach wasn't where we'd like to swim.
We enjoyed walking around some of the side streets off the busy roads.
The Hotel was very nice. It is a very new property and we took a chance, as it only had two reviews. But it was definitely worth it, as we liked it very much. The value for this price was exceptional.
The staff is very friendly and helped with any needs we had. Additionally their restaurant serves delicious food. In fact some meals we have tasted there were amongst the best we had on our entire kerala trip lasting for three weeks up to this point.
The owner was very welcoming and nice.
Provided us bicycles by which we enjoyed a bicycle tour of the island.
This place is calm and in the lap of nature.
There is a river at backside of homestay.
It's best only for nature loving people don't expect urban facilities here.
Transport facilities are a bit difficult but owner provided us auto .
So if you are planning to visit here contact in advance.
Very relaxing retreat from the hubbub of the town with hammocks and lakeside access to fishing and canoeing. Good food and coffee available for snacks. Tours to a nearby island via gondola gave an early morning serene experience through typical Kerala backwaters - much better than the hectic tourist ratrace of Allepey.
One of the best resort I have visited, first of all we didn't have no idea how will be resort alike, once we see the resort we are shocked it just awesome especially the environment looks really good. Staff behaviour also very good they are very polite. Bachelor and family must visit it's entirely different vibe.
The homestay is one of the best in this location. The owner is so friendly in nature, kind of family member. He took care of us right from the arrival till departure. A healthy breakfast which includes in the overall cost. I personally say spending 100 or more is more better than choosing the homestay like this.
Location as we wanted the railway station to be close. Also, the beach view is spectacular. You can spend the entire day in your room!
The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our request. We had an early train and they packed us an amazing breakfast at 5 AM.
The stay at the hotel was really comfortable and the food was very good served at their restaurant. Staff was very cordial and supportive. Especially Front office staff Vishnu who was going out and beyond to support us in our needs. Must stay at place in Kollam.
It is near to kollam Beach ⛱ , clock tower and railway station, all restaurants are spread across the area.

Big Pool with complete privacy... Just 👌 👏
Room has almost all facilities. Ac, heating kettle, coffee, tea, sugar, milk powder, tv everything there and it's a new residency and the staffs were also good. And its centre of Kollam.
