The location is great. Near the airport and the Vineyards (Unesco’s World heritage). The little house made of volcanic stones made me feel at home immediately. It is small but offers everything you need. And the host is very kind and thoughtful. He welcomed me with a basket full of everything you need for breakfast, wine and fruit.

The entire experience from the first to the last minute was absolutely incredible. The house is beautiful and with a super cosy decor. Not to mention the huge garden that brings us peace and takes us into the middle of nature (you can even relax in a hammock!!). During our stay, we had a 30th anniversary and the accommodation offered us a (huge) cake and sparkling wine. All these treats make a difference and raise our expectations compared to other places.

The private (Photographers) room has an amazing view. We have been around the world, but this view ist hard to beat. Pico mountain to one side and the ocean to the other while laying in bed is incredible.
