Exceptional Host, the property is brand new and very well kept. Included a typical hearty breakfast and a superb coffee. I would definitevely reccomend it. Ask Nelson for a typical restaurant close to the property. We had one of the best dinner of all Portugal, abundant and very cheap.
Boasting accommodation with a pool with a view, garden view and a patio, Herdade Reguenguinho is situated in Cercal. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi.

The surrounding nature was exactly what we were looking for, something to relax and reconnect with ourselves and our family. Additionally, the food and service was spot on! Everyone was supper helpful and kind to our baby boy.

Very lovely, clean and spacious room (they offered us a free upgrade because they had an available room). Well equipped kitchen for making your own meals. Very friendly and helpful staff (they were super helpful with their recommendations).

Cercal is a typical Alentejo town, a common stop for travellers going to the coastal popular places such as Vila Nova de Milfontes. Nevertheless, it is still full of locals which like in other parts of the interior of Alentejo really deserve your visit.

Cercal is a typical sleepy Alentejo village.
Cercal is a typical sleepy Alentejo village. Fairly unremarkable in itself, the main benefit is its proximity to other towns such as Vila Nova de Milfontes, Porto Covo, Zambujeira do Mar and many beaches.

Small Portuguese town - not your usual tourist spot.
Small Portuguese town - not your usual tourist spot. We were there to meet up with friends who were staying at a private house locally. We all agreed that our accommodation was far superior. We then moved on to the Algarve but would recommend Cercal to other travellers.
the property is perfectly located. you can walk to the center of Cercal by foot or take a walk in nature. Fifteen mins. by car to great beaches. we were a family of seven and there was enough space for us all. They provided a baby cot and high chair. Lenea was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions we had. linens and towels changed weekly along with super cleaning.
great outside veranda to enjoy your meals and space for kids to play. highly recommend for a great stay.
It’s a lovely property really in the center of Cercal. Supermarket, cafés and the busstop really close by. The kitchen has everything you need and it’s all very clean (I saw somebody cleaning everyday I was there).
I got a free upgrade to a room with an ensuite bathroom. Really nice.
The contact with Afonso was really good. He reacted really promptly when I texted or called him him with a question.
We did one night here during a section hike on the Rota Vicentina & it was perfect. It's a small but modern room with a lovely shared kitchen & outdoor area. The young man at the desk was very helpful in assisting us with our outbound transportation needs. Also, it was nice to have a pharmacy & small grocery store very close by to the hotel.
The hotel appears to be going through something of a reconstruction, which means that the public areas are a bit of a mess (in Oct 2021). However the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the rooms were large, clean and comfortable! Well recommended!
The spacious balcony was an unexpected bonus!
Great little hotel in a quaint town. Very good value. Rooms were clean, recently remodeled, with very comfortable beds. They have a shared kitchen which was perfect for having a coffee and some pastries. Several shops around the corner to buy breakfast. Not 4 star luxury but 3 star done well!
I really love that place. The room is amazing, the kitchen is fully equipped and the Location is perfect. It's quiet during night but only few meters to the stores and restaurants. The owner is very welcoming and gave me great tips for the next days of my hike. I absolutely recommend this hotel!
Wonderful Alentejo home. Beautiful, well kept property.
Perfect location, just outside of Cercal town but walkable. We stayed in a private room and enjoyed the fabulous communal kitchen and amazing veranda. Everyday we returned to a refreshing evening swim. Great hospitality, we highly recommend.
Impeccable place in the centre of Cercal, overlooking the main roundabout. Seamless check-in procedure and spotless rooms, some of them have a small balcony that is useful. There is also a common kitchen area with everything one needs. The supermarket (Meu Super) is around the corner.
Excellent breakfast. Comfortable beds, beautiful Quinta. Fantastic hosts, very welcoming. Will definetly highly recommend to family and friends looking for a beautiful experience while visiting Cercal and coastal Alentejo.
The location was perfect for a stopover on the Rota Vicentina. Just near a supermarket and a cafe for early breakfast before heading out to the trail. Plus, Cercal is a great little town. Friendly folks all around!
Lovely original Portugese house, and very nicely renovated. Quite well equipped as well. Big garden. And Rui from the hotel (where I had to pick up the key) was very friendly;)
