Loved the host, who was tremendously kind & caring & made sure we had all we need. She even baked us some beautiful cakes.
The property is well maintained outside & inside is clean, spacious & has all you need plus a little more. We loved the beds & bedding, the selection of arty movies, the additional coffee for the machine & the pleasing decor.

We booked this apartment at the last minute when other booked apartments suddenly completely lost power. The hostess confirmed the booking instantly and was very welcoming. We are glad we ended up here on our way to Monsanto from Lisbon. Dont book the room without checking you can stand up in the bathroom ,when a male is going to the toilet. I am 5ft 3 and I had to bend over to wee . Headroom must have been about 5ft. Front garden looked like a tip.
Room was in the antic ,with very limited head room on one side . Being at the top of the house .The heat was unbearable. We had to go out and buy a decent fan that worked well. I asked for another room as we are both in our 60s ,nothing was done. Little service here. Also it is up three flights of stairs
