The location was perfect for us. We have a caravan 15 minutes drive away but it was too hot during the extreme heat wave, so we needed somewhere nearby cooler. No Aircon but big fan and great windows you can leave open at night with mosquito net & shutters to keep it cool during the daytime.
The outside space was nice to sit out. It was peaceful and close to a shop & restaurants. Had Washing machine, coffee machine, but you would need a car.

Anna and her husband went out of there way to ensure we had a comfortable warm stay - we will be back to this special Quinta!
We have stayed here twice now and would not hesitate to book again. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and the hotel is very clean and well appointed, with spacious rooms. Our restaurant meal was tasty and cooked to perfection. The location is good and there is a lovely boardwalk alongside the river. We enjoyed the Turkish bath/steam room and sauna too. All in all a fabulous hotel - well worth a visit.
The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful from the moment we checked in to when we checked out. The room was very spacious with two comfortable chairs. And we had an excellent meal in the hotel restaurant (even if the service was on the slow side).
We would also recommend two other restaurants in Oleiros, namely Linguas do Perguntador and Alta da Vila
Incredible room - so large with a gorgeous stove, two balconys and wonderful views of the river. The hotel is calm and spacious with woodburning stoves in communal areas and great views. We had a fantastic lunch and a wonderful time on every level. The cabrito estonado on Sunday is a must if you are in the area. The staff were very kind and thoughtful too.
Breakfast is a buffet and it is good. The place is on the outskirts of Oleiros, close to a Roman-inspired bridge over the local river, but within walking distance of the town center. It is also located next to a pleasant 2.5 km (plus return) walking trail along the river. Also part of the hotel is one of the best restaurants in Oleiros.
Very quiet property, in an excellent location near the small village of Oleiros (several excellent restaurants) and some great river beaches. Very polite and helpful staff, always available to help. Excellent breakfast, and very clean room. Strong recommendation!
