The room was large, clean and very comfortable with a very nice stone patio with table and chairs outside. The breakfast (almost always good everywhere in Portugal) was especially good. The location was wonderfully quiet, and just an easy 1 km walk down a country lane to the village and restaurants. One of our 5 best stays in 6 weeks in Portugal. Highly recommended.

A very charming place near the quaint coastal village of Vila Nova de Milfontes. Well-kept resort with a cozy apartment, a well-kept pool area, a comfy community space. Hearty breakfast, freshly baked cake free of charge in the afternoon. And, above all, a great host. Antonio and his wife really made us feel at home. They provided lots of information on the surrounding area, on the best hikes, restaurants to visit, beaches to look out for, road to use and not to use, etc.. If you look for a quiet retreat in the middle of nature, this is the place to go.
