The surprises kept in our room for Easter. The care and list of events conducted by the Kids club during our entire stay, especially for Easter. The cleanliness of the entire property. Well spread out breakfast buffet.

Excellent location for being in the centre of Albufeira Old Town … we expected it to be a little noisy ( being on the end of bar street) but it was fine.

The hotel was immaculate with super comfy beds and good clean bathroom . We was upgraded to a seaview room which was great.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel and brilliant facilities.
From the interior design, the swimming pool and the unique drawing rooms located around the hotel. The ambiance is impeccable.
The staff are one in a million and very professional. Jose on reception in particular is very kind and friendly. He greets all guests with a lovely smile and does whatever he can to make a guests day.
