The breakfast was good - the staff was phenomenal. Aida at the counter was amazing throughout our stay. Helped us with tours , locations , cabs ….. A++++ reception. She definitely loved her job.

great location (but you need a car if you want to go out and see the island), absolutely friendly people (THANK YOU, Sandra !), great and stylish interior design (be aware that it's loft-like, though), incredibly quiet area, parking all in one place away from the houses so no come and go by car, very good equipped with everything needed

The room, food, decor, location, atmosphere, all spot on! but what really made this place great was the staff, all so kind and so helpful, nothing was too much trouble and everything done with a smile. We are a charity and couldn't have achieved our mission on Santa Maria without the help of the amazing Sophia, an absolute credit to Charming Blue, thank you so much from all the team and crew at The Maiden Factor. I can't wait to come back!!
