Our family room was very large, the beds were very comfortable. They even provided a baby bottle warm for my little one which I thought was very thoughtful of them.
The breakfast had a different options even my fussy eaters found what they loved to eat.
The environment is very calming.

The only good thing to say is that Hagop the night receptionist on Saturday night (10/02/24) is the only real asset that the hotel has. He was very polite very understanding and he went out of his way to find us new clean bedsheets and towels when we noticed the bedsheets on our bed were dirty and stained on the second night of our stay. He deserves a pay rise. I would suggest they use him to train the other staff on what hospitality and great customer care and service means.

This is a budget hotel but the friendliness of the welcome and the cleanliness of the room are more than you could reasonably expect for the price. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone who just needs somewhere comfortable to stay overnight.

The surrounding (great views for lake, forest, design of buildings) is great. Comfortable bed, nice restaurant with pool table to play. Big parking, I was there alone for one night, but seems nice place with all necessary infrastructure for conference and other type of business meetings. Amazing breakfast with a variety to choose from. Very clean and very friendly staff always there to help with anything we wanted. As a British family that enjoys our cups of teas, hot water , milk, English breakfast tea bags were always available any time of the day for the quick cuppa. The bar doesn’t close till late so we were able to get that glass of wine or that beer to wind down the evening after a busy walk about in the city. The hotel is within close proximity to the local town centre Kista which made it easy to pop out for a dinner meal at the local restaurants. It was only a few stops on the metro to Stockholm city centre which was so great. Our room was fabulous, comfortable beds, very spacious and with a great shower. I so highly recommend the hotel to anyone or family looking to having a fantastic holiday in Sweden.
