The reservation wasn’t found at first. Extra manipulation showing email confirmation was needed, although at the end it looked like the booking was made from scratch at the reception with a price that differed from the initial a little bit.

Grand hotel which was very comfortable and enjoyable to stay in. Good location by the mall next door which includes a supermarket on the bottom floor. Tram stop opposite, perfect location to get around easily. Lots of breakfast choices, some which change daily. Reception organised a taxi to take us back to the airport.

The hotel is located not far from the old city centre, and the Liman tram station is just 1 minute away by foot. Everything is clean and well-maintained, and the price is more than reasonable. Our room was spacious and equipped with all necessary facilities, as described. The buffet breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly and welcoming: we had to extend our stay for one night, which was arranged easily.

The room was lovely, the bed was huge, staff were polite and friendly and the breakfast buffet was amazing! Central location with paid parking very close by (also very cheap 70 TL).
