This was by far one of the best experiences with Bookings. The housing was amazing, new and clean. The host and his family were the best hosts I ever have experienced (over 20 private homes booked). They were understanding, friendly and extremfully helpful. If you had some questions about sightseeing, good places to eat, or about anything else the host immediately helped you out or found the right places. I would totally recommend this booking to everyone who wants a nice place to stay and experience the next level of hospitality.

Our flight arrived much earlier than the check-in time, but Luka the host had the villa ready for us when we arrived so that we could start our holiday straight away. He showed us around the villa and suggested trips and must see places, he even suggested some lovely restaurants to try. The Villa was lovely, clean, cosy and peaceful. The nearby beaches are stunning and clean. Split is a beautiful place to go and explore. We absolutely loved our stay here and would definitely stay at this Villa again.

This house was so homely .....vesna and Kurt were so inviting and were so kind . They reside in the apartment below the house so you enter through their gate and you feel very safe.The property overlooks the adriatic sea with balcony s on every level. There are steps up to the apartment . When entering you get the sense of home with beautiful seaside decor ....lots of towels toilet rolls laid out in each room. There were 5 of us so we used 3 bedrooms..there was a 4th that we didn't use. Everything you need in a kitchen ..hairdryer in every room shower and toilet for every bedroom. Lots of loungers and outdoor seating. The view is unreal....beautiful small chapel yards to the left...a bakery just around the corner. ..the bustop is opposite tha bakery a 5 min walk from the house. Bus number 25 takes you to split.?only 2 euro each and stobrec is the end of the line so you will always get a seat......split is half an hr on the bus . Some lovely restaurants and bars 5 mins from the house and 2 supermarkets as well as tourist information . They all look out onto a beautiful marina and there's a beach there that offers paddle boarding and the kayaking. If you leave the apartment and turned right there's a bar caller solar and there are steps down to a beautiful beach....there is no sand but small stoney beach so beach shoes are required and are sold in split markets for 10 euro. The sunset is amazing at 6.45 September time.....loads to see and loads to do . We will definately be back ...we had a late flight and Vesna and Kurt kept our suitcases safe while we went into split and accommodated us while we waited for our taxi .

The house was well furnished, practical, and extremely clean. It had a homey feeling to it, where it felt like a home away from home. The hosts were really welcoming, kind, and helpful. The BBQ area was a great feature.

Furniture was very comfy(espetially the bedroom bed) with full black out "curtains". Nothing creaks, everything was in great condition. Kitchen had everything we needed. The place is very spatious and you can have a spot for 5 daily prayers in it. It is close to the Marjan park and old city center. Easy check-in/out.
