First and foremost, the entire property was carpeted, providing a safe and worry-free environment for children to run, play, and even tumble around. We were at ease knowing that they could freely enjoy themselves without any concerns of getting hurt. Additionally, having a private hot spring bath like a family bath was a delightful bonus. It was comfortable and spacious enough for all of us to relax and enjoy the hot springs together. The kids absolutely loved it, and it added to the overall comfort and enjoyment of our stay. Furthermore, the fact that the rental was exclusively ours allowed us to enjoy our time without worrying about the noise or disturbances caused by our children. It provided us with a sense of privacy and freedom that made our trip even more enjoyable.

The place was very clean and comfortable spacious and had everything we needed. One of m favorite places we stayed in while visiting Japan. They responded immediately if we had any concern. Location was ideal for bus stop. Close to 7/11. There is a parking available and I wish we had a car .

We enjoyed the facilities including the onsen indoor and outdoor bath. The kids enjoyed the pool even though it was not heated. The appliances in the kitchen were top notch, and the covered terrace with grill was a great space to gather for dinner. We ordered the half board plan which came with plenty of food for our group to grill for dinner and breakfast ingredients. It was nice to not have to food shop or go into town for dinner. My nephews thought the villa was the best part of the trip to Hakone! If you needed anything there is a convenience store within walking distance.

The property was able to fit 10 of us comfortably. We love the layout and design of the unit especially the spa inside one of the bathroom, perfect for winter! We were so impressed with the customer service. We accidentally left a suitcase behind and the host went beyond to help us send it to our next destination in Osaka. Highly recommended!

The house was very beautiful inside and quite spacious. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped. It’s a great value, especially for a bigger group.

Upstairs you have a nice view over the city and the lake. Didn’t got to know to anyone, but also didn’t intended to. Only negative thing: the doors of the „cubes“ you’re sleeping in were a bit loud, so was worried about waking someone, but everything else perfect! :)

The public bath and the outdoor onsen were really relaxing. Location was okay, there are 2 bus stops close to the hotel you can get to with a Hakone Free pass. There is also a big common room with kitchen and all, looked very cozy.
