One of the best experiences we've had on our trip to Japan. The house is located in the mountain with a limited access (only car) as it's on a toll road. Owners were extremely nice, sweet and helpful. They gave us a lot of tips and tricks for Nara (which we used) so we had even better experience. Very easy to communicate with owners, they text back very quickly and are very nice. The house is very well equipped, the fireplace is amazing, you can easily prepare a hotpot or grill some fish or steaks (owners have amazing equipment for both). The house is equipped with a traditional Japan style hottub which is a must try! The house was very nice and clean, enough space for everything, nice kitchen, living room and beautiful view. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Traditional bedrooms were very comfortable. We really enjoyed staying in this accommodation! Definitely worth it!

The host is accommodating and even provides recommendations on food around the area. He speaks good English, so communication is easy. As we are unable to reserve a slot at the strawberry farm over the phone, he did so willingly despite being outstation in Tokyo. We had a good stay in this peaceful and lovely house.
