The chalet was clean and comfortable and perfect for our family of three. We also loved the washer and dryer and how close it was to various restaurants and shops in Echoland. More importantly, through messaging within the booking app the staff at the hotel went above and beyond for us. They were exceptionally communicative in assisting us after my husband left a bag on the Shinkansen from Tokyo. They also provided a free shuttle ride to and from the bus stop which was great. The drivers were so nice

The view is beautiful. The Villa is homey, well heated and very comfortable. Fukushima-san is VERY kind and helpful. We arrived late but he was very patient - he picked us up, drove us to Rythm to rent ski gears and helped us to shop at supermarket. He was always there when we needed help. My kids loves him and the place. Fukushima/san and the villa is the highlight of our Hakuba vacation!
